National Title Company will order payoffs for mortgages, judgments and liens. In order to provide this service, we will need an Authorization Form to be completed. The information needed on the form are account and social security numbers for the people involved, and the form must be signed and dated. This form must be provided to the lien holder so that they will release the payoff information to us. The form can be sent back to us by fax to (937) 291-4206 or by email to pro@ntctitle.com.
